i found the hotel's proximity to masjid al nabawi very convenient (it made attending prayers easy). my room had a good view of the masjid al haram. the hotel offered prompt daily housekeeping. i also appreciated the comfortable beds.
the room i stayed in felt slightly cramped.

amazing location near prophet's mosque!

The room 911 had a sweet view of the prophet's mosque yard. Door number 310 was super visible! breakfast was also great. I found tons of arabian food and the chick peas with chicken curry and arabian bread were delicious and tasty. the reception was also efficient.
I found that the hotel was loud. Disrespectful tenants had very loud conversations in the hallways. This was right next to my hotel room door. i would like more quietness at the hotel.

The hotel offers excellent access to the haram. This made daily prayers easy. you also get everything nearby. I saw kfc, hardee's, and pizza hut close to quba front. That was so convenient!

Customer service felt nice and quick. They really helped with everything i needed. the staff was very helpful and location was near. I could get to haram in only one minute! wow!

The toilet and room looked clean. The beds were comfy and i didn't notice sounds. This meant i slept very well each night! the hotel also seems really perfect for families.

The breakfast had plenty of options of arabian food and a lot of variety for cereal. I also saw original arabian coffee available. the hotel provides a variety of yoghurt, fruit juices, and bread too!

the hotel is situated very close to masjid nabwi. the rooms are clean i notice. breakfast has a good choice of items.
the furniture looked old in the room. the bed mattress was medium soft i felt. the room was not spacious at all.

i like the location very much. it was basically next to the masjid. it takes me a short walk to reach it. we had the masjid as view from the room.
the reception staff was poor. the saudi female at the reception was rude. she would not pick up the phone.

The location is excellent near the mosque. I could easily access the mosque within minutes. There are also many shops and restaurants nearby which was very convenient. The hotel provided easy access to essential services.
The room felt cramped for four people. It would benefit from better space management.
